Shipping Methods
Trinidad & Tobago Orders: Shipped via TTPost
International Orders: Shipped via reliable international carriers such as DHL, USPS, or equivalent carriers depending on destination.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
XOVER operates on a batch-shipping model.
Orders are collected and fulfilled together once processing is complete. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipment.
• Processing times may vary during high-volume drops or special releases.
• Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times (After Dispatch)
Trinidad & Tobago: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas (Trinidad): Up to 10 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination country and customs processing.
Shipping times begin after the order has been shipped, not at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent via email.
Delays, Lost, or Returned Packages
XOVER is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing delays, or lost/stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If an issue occurs after shipment, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information. However, customers may also contact XOVER and we will do our best to assist where possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. XOVER is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
