At XOVER Worldwide Apparel, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or size changes after an order has been shipped.

Exceptions

If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@xoverwrld.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

To help us process your request, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item received
• A brief description of the issue

Shipping Issues

XOVER Worldwide Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed, or damaged packages once they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly (such as TTPost, USPS, DHL, or other applicable carriers) for assistance regarding delivery issues or claims.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. XOVER Worldwide Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
